- PICKLEBALL COURT COMPONENTS: (2) galvanized steel Ground Sleeves for 3" dia. posts. (2) Edwards 3" OD polyester powder-coated steel, round, internal wind, Pickleball Posts in your choice of color. (1) Edwards 36" H x 22’ L regulation size Pickleball Net with 3.5mm braided nylon netting and heavy-duty vinyl coated headband. (1) 10” long, 10 gauge galvanized Heavy Duty Pipe Anchor to hold center strap. (1) polypropylene, double-ended Center Strap with nickel-plated zinc adjustment slide.
- COURT PREP MATERIALS: (5) five-gal pails of NovaSurface pavement resurfacer to mix with sand and applied prior to acrylic color application. Sand is not included. (8) five-gal pails of NovaPlay Pickleball heavy-duty acrylic court paint: 5 gal of Inbound and 3 gal of Outbound colors. (1) one-gal pail of Nova NovaTex Textured Line Paint. (1) Nova Surfacing Application Squeegee. NOTE: A 15-mm vapor barrier is required under the resurfacer to prevent cracks in your newly laid court.
- REQUIREMENTS: 1) All concrete slabs MUST have AT LEAST a 15-millimeter vapor barrier. Otherwise the court surfacing material will crack. Seller and Manufacturer ARE NOT responsible for any failed surface material that is not built on asphalt or concrete without the 15-millimeter vapor barrier. 2) It is STRONGLY suggested you hire a contractor to apply the court surfacing product and to install the posts and nets. 3) Do it Tennis does NOT have installation services for this product.

This pickleball court builder’s package provides the primary materials needed to prepare an existing concrete or asphalt surface for installation of your new pickleball court equipment, also provided with this package, once the surface is prepared. The resurfacing material provided is for application to an asphalt surface or a concrete slab with AT LEAST a 15-millimeter vapor barrier. It cannot be applied on a plain concrete slab.
